To promote the health and wellbeing of people who use drugs by conducting research on interventions and approaches to reduce the risks associated with drug use and substance use disorders including overdose.

We envision a future where people are not subjected to stigma, discrimination, incarceration, illness, or death because of drug use. In this future, harm reduction is widely practiced, and everyone has equitable access to the health, social, and economic resources they need to thrive.
